Training is one of the most important processes in the system implementation that is often overlooked. So, the first time after the beginning of operation, users are trying to do with the system what they used to do before, but not what the system is designed. It is not right.
The best choice would be one in which a company is allocated a group of key users who will be able get training immediately after the purchase of the system. In the future, during operation these key users are durable link between the developers and the great mass of workers, allowing to quickly solve problems.
Training would be effective if it takes place in time.
